Nike Feedback Lab is a survey focused community where people share feedback to help shape the future of Nike.
Through short surveys and polls, participants provide perspectives that inform how teams across Nike design products, services, and experiences. Your feedback directly helps Nike teams across the entire organization learn faster, test ideas more thoughtfully, and build with greater intent.
Nike Feedback Lab centers on surveys and polls that gather feedback on ideas, experiences, and brand moments across Nike. Additionally, Nike offers several other ways to share your voice such as the Voice of Athlete Product Testing for physical product testing and Nike Innovation for Nike Sport Research studies and testing opportunities. We encourage you to explore all research opportunities that interest you.
There are meaningful benefits to being part of Nike Feedback Lab, both for Nike and for you.
Earn rewards: When you take surveys and polls, you earn points for your participation. Points can be redeemed for gift cards today, and reward options may expand in the future.

Nike Feedback Lab is currently open to people in the United States who are 18 years old or older. We are actively exploring expanding to additional regions in the future.
At this time, Nike Feedback Lab is not open for general enrollment. While everyone has a valuable perspective to share, space in the Nike Feedback Lab community may vary as we work to keep the community active, engaged, and representative.
If you’re interested in joining, a great first step is to become a Nike Member. Nike regularly invites Members to participate in research opportunities, including Nike Feedback Lab.
No. We want to hear your honest feedback, positive or negative, and your answer will not affect your chances of being invited to future surveys.
Your responses are never used to penalize you or exclude you. Survey invites are based solely on how your profile and interests align with the focus of a specific study.
Nike is committed to gathering fair, balanced, and diverse perspectives, and candid feedback from many different voices helps ensure research remains meaningful. It’s why the Nike Feedback Lab exists.
Nike takes your privacy seriously.
Your survey responses and profile data are only accessible to the Nike Feedback Lab team. Nike works with Forsta, a market research company, to conduct surveys and process data on Nike’s behalf in line with Nike’s Privacy Policy.
Survey responses are anonymized and reviewed in aggregate by default, and are not shared beyond authorized Nike Feedback Lab teammates at Nike and Forsta.
If you choose to leave Nike Feedback Lab, Nike may continue to use your past survey feedback in an anonymized and aggregated way, but your profile information will no longer be retained.

Nike Feedback Lab focuses specifically on survey and poll based feedback. It is designed to be a simple, flexible way to share your voice online.
For clarity, Nike offers several other ways to participate in research and experiences, including:
- Voice of Athlete Product Testing, which may involve physical product testing or in person research
- Nike Innovation, which explores survey-based and in-person sport research and innovation studies
While we encourage you to explore any opportunities that excite you, this program does not include any product testing opportunities.
Nike Feedback Lab is a survey only research community and does not manage brand ambassador programs, sponsorships, product giveaways, or promotional partnerships.
That said, Nike Feedback Lab participants may earn points for completing surveys and polls, which can be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards to Nike and other companies.

In most cases, your Nike Feedback Lab account is separate from your Nike.com account.
Occasionally, some studies may seek feedback from people with specific purchase histories or product preferences. In those situations, accounts may be linked behind the scenes only to help ensure the right participants are invited for a given study. Purchase history is never reviewed or evaluated at an individual level and is used only in an aggregated, privacy safe way to support research targeting. This process does not change your Nike.com experience.
You can update your email and basic profile details directly from your Profile page.
Because Nike Feedback Lab is a digital, survey and poll based research community, there is no option to add or update mailing address information. If you need to update address details for a different Nike program, visit that specific program or platform.
Nike Feedback Lab is a participation-based research community, and receiving emails is a required part of the program. This means that unsubscribing from the Nike Feedback Lab is not an option. If you no longer want to participate, you’ll need to delete your account. This will remove you from the community and stop all emails.

If you exit the survey for any reason (need a break, lose connection, etc.) before pressing Submit, and the survey is still active, you can return using the same survey link to finish where you left off. Surveys are typically active for two weeks. Once a survey is submitted or the survey has closed, responses can no longer be accessed or edited.

Surveys typically launch every two weeks and remain active for two weeks. Polls are shared weekly, stay open for one week, and are available to everyone. You’ll only see opportunities that match your profile and interests. If nothing is available at the moment, it simply means there isn’t a study that’s relevant to you right now. New opportunities roll out regularly, so check back often.
When new feedback opportunities that are a fit for you become available, they’ll show up on the Nike Feedback Lab website, and you may also receive an email invitation.

At this time, surveys are designed to be completed once per participant. This helps ensure fairness and consistency across responses.
Keep in mind that while polls are available to everyone, not every survey is sent to everyone. Surveys are matched based on the topic and participants’ interests, so you may not be invited to every survey. If you don’t get invited to a particular survey, you haven’t done anything wrong, and more opportunities are coming your way soon.

While individual surveys cannot be reopened or edited, your feedback is always welcome and helps inform future research.
You earn points each time you complete an eligible survey or poll. Points are added to your balance immediately upon completing a feedback opportunity.
Points don’t expire, and once a redemption is submitted, it’s final.

No. There’s no limit to the number of points you can earn. You’re encouraged to take part in all available polls and surveys to earn as many points as possible.
Points vary based on the type of feedback opportunity. Polls are quick and earn 25 points when completed, while surveys take a bit longer and earn more points depending on the topic and audience. To keep it simple, every 100 points equals $1 in gift card rewards.
Currently, points can be redeemed for gift cards, including for Nike and select other brands. We’re continuing to explore additional reward options over time. To see what’s available now, visit the Points Redemption page.
If you unsubscribe, your point balance remains available. You will stop receiving email invites, but you can still log in to the Nike Feedback Lab website to complete open polls and surveys and redeem points.
However, if you delete your account or leave the Nike Feedback Lab, any remaining points in your balance will be forfeited. You’re welcome to redeem your points before deleting your account or leaving the community.
